1. Introduction

Welcome to TrevsChirps (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This page covers both our Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. By using this website or signing up for our fan list you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit your information.

2. Terms of Use

2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this site. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and consented to these terms on your behalf.

2.2 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or someone else’s contact details.
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers against the site.
  • Attempt to interfere with the site’s security or availability.
  • Use information obtained from this site for any unlawful purpose.

2.3 Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and the TrevsChirps brand — is owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

2.4 Disclaimer of Warranties

This site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.

2.5 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrevsChirps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use this site.

2.6 Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.

3. Information We Collect

When you sign up for the TrevsChirps fan list, we collect:

  • Email address — if you choose to provide one.
  • Phone number — if you choose to provide one (stored in E.164 format).
  • Communication preferences — whether you opted in to email, SMS, or both.
  • Campaign tracking data — UTM parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign) so we know how you found us.
  • IP address — used for bot-protection verification via Cloudflare Turnstile and not stored long-term.
  • Timestamps — when you signed up and when your record was last updated.

We require at least one contact method (email or phone) so we can actually reach you.

4. How We Use Your Information

By submitting your information and opting in, you grant TrevsChirps the right to use your contact details for the following purposes:

  • Game-day alerts & event notifications — letting you know about upcoming events, meetups, and appearances.
  • Merch drops & promotions — announcements about new merchandise, sales, and exclusive offers.
  • Creator updates & content — news, highlights, new videos, and other TrevsChirps content.
  • Marketing communications — promotional messages, partner collaborations, and sponsored content that we think you’ll enjoy.
  • Audience insights — analyzing aggregated, non-identifying sign-up data to understand our audience and improve our content and outreach.

We will contact you through the channels you opted into (email, SMS, or both). We will not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Your Consent

By checking the email opt-in and/or SMS opt-in boxes on our signup form, you expressly consent to receive marketing and promotional communications from TrevsChirps through those channels. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Recurring promotional emails.
  • Recurring SMS/text messages. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You can opt out at any time (see below).

6. Opting Out

  • Email — click the “unsubscribe” link in any email we send you.
  • SMS — reply STOP to any text message you receive from us.

Once you opt out we will stop sending messages to that channel promptly. You may also contact us directly to request removal.

7. Data Storage & Security

Your signup data is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database and processed by a Cloudflare Worker. Cloudflare provides enterprise-grade infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect against automated abuse.

While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no system is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Data Retention

We retain your contact information for as long as you remain subscribed to our communications. If you opt out of all channels, we will delete or anonymize your record within 30 days unless we are required by law to retain it.

9. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process limited data:

  • Cloudflare — hosting, database, CDN, and bot protection (Turnstile).

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

10. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data.
  • Withdraw consent at any time.

11. Children’s Privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such data, we will delete it promptly.
